Mario King, Managing Partner and Chief HR Consultant, is a dedicated and resourceful HR leader with 20+ years of extensive experience in prioritizing, building, and implementing processes to support the enterprise human resources (HR) strategy. These experiences aided in the development of his leadership and relationship management abilities, which would be useful in his life as an entrepreneur.
Mario's expertise in Talent Management & Business partnering serves as a fulcrum around which he has built a wide range of experience in a variety of sectors, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, both domestically and internationally. Leveraging a vast background in change management, employee relations, and culture-building. Formulated a consistent HR organizational infrastructure, to support various business needs, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development, while incorporating performance management and a total rewards strategy to effectively elevate HR credibility among leadership and within the business.
Over the years, he has had the privilege of working with and for a wide variety of innovative businesses, as well as a wide variety of remarkable people both inside and outside of the HR field.

Mario has added immense value within these environments in key areas like Employee Relations, Change Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. Having held crucial positions ranging from Generalist to Sr. HR Business Partner, his thought leadership and relationship management skills are critical to his continuing success as Chief HR Consultant.
Mario graduated from Davenport University (BBA: Accounting/Information Technology) and Central Michigan University (MS: Administration , Human Resource Administration) .
